This Privacy Policy explains how SoccerXpert ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SoccerXpert app and the SoccerXpert Premium web app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect only the information needed to provide the Service:

      • Account information - your name and email address, and an account identifier we assign to you.

      • Content you create - the practice plans, notes, drill favorites, and ratings you save.

      • App activity - how you use the app, such as drills you view or favorite, to power features like "recently viewed."

      • Purchase status - a record of your subscription or purchase so we can provide premium access. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment processor; we do not collect or store your payment card number.

      • Device identifiers - a device identifier and push-notification token, used to deliver notifications you enable.

We do not collect precise location, your contacts, photos, health data, or the contents of your messages.

      • To create and manage your account and sign you in.

      • To operate the Service - store your practice plans and provide the drill library and planning features.

      • To process and manage your subscription or purchases.

      • To send account and service messages, and push notifications you have enabled.

      • To respond to support requests and keep the Service secure.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising networks, ad tracking, or third-party analytics in the app.

We share information only with providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed to perform their function:

      • Payments - the Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app purchases, and our payment processor for web subscriptions.

      • Push notifications - Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers the notifications you enable.

      • Hosting - cloud infrastructure that securely stores your data on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) and stored on secured systems accessible only to a limited number of authorized people. We do not store payment card details.

The SoccerXpert Premium web app uses cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but you may not be able to sign in.

You can review and update your account information at any time by signing in. You can delete your account and its associated data from within the app, or by visiting https://premium.soccerxpert.com/users/actions/delete-account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any such email; we will still send essential account and service messages.

SoccerXpert is intended for coaches and other adults. We do not direct the Service to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
